What's worse is that they're literally telling us NBA players are getting testing while asymptomatic.

this is the problem most have with it. the jazz and the teams they played and the teams those teams played should have all been tested within the previous 2 weeks of them finding out he had the virus.

teams that had no contact with them should be tested till they show symptoms or they have enough tests for all the sick people first.

unironicly, i think this is why they're staying open. Cuz they know people are gonna buy games to occupy themselves during this and dont want to lose any money off this opportunity since they're basically floundering right now as it is >_>

this. walmart/target/meijer/etc is gonna stay open and sell games still. best buy is the only big store that sells games that would probably shut down outside of gamestop and used/retro game stores.

i just need best buy to stay open tomorrow after work so i can get animal crossing. not buying any other games for awhile.

there's plenty of conspiracy theories saying it is. just seen another one yesterday about it. saying it was an attack on iran or something.

others i've seen saying it was so trump wouldn't get re-elected.

I have family in Italy. It's really bad. My uncle has to sneak around back roads to see my aunt. You're not allowed to leave unless Emergency or shopping.

honestly that's what it came to though. same problems will be in the usa if we don't try harder to stop the spread. problem is basically every job is still open. only thing that really changed is restaurants are carryout only and some bars and stuff closed. dunno if theaters and stuff really closed yet.

it hit china hard and they're in recovery now. so sooner we get the spread under control the sooner things can get back to normal.

i have a few of these i need to play. bought god of war and spiderman but never played either.

beat all the uncharted games. beat most of horizon zero dawn and the last of us but quit both like halfway or maybe a little farther in. been meaning to restart the last of us since i played it back on ps3 and bought it on ps4.

did wanna check out warzone and see how it is. i had fun with blackout when they had the free weekend.

i had to go out today. and still have to work. other than that i mostly just stayed home my days off. did go and visit a friend for a couple hours but that's been it.

yea this. like if i need the test to get 2 weeks off work than yea. but if they can give me the 2 weeks off paid and just say i have it without giving the test than i'd do that. i know if i get it i'd be fine and just need to stay home for 2 weeks.

i been meaning to check that out for years but still haven't started it. how many episodes does it have? isn't there a new season or series of it starting this year? know it's been on for 30 years so hoping it's not like one piece or case closed with like 1000 episodes. i watched naruto a few years back and took me forever to get through it.

i started to read the final arc but only read a couple chapters. so this is good. would rather just watch it. heard a lot of mixed opinions on it although the majority said it sucked so haven't really been all that interested to read it but if what this topic says is true then hopefully they add in some filler for the fights that aren't shown.

Is the closing of basically all "non-essential" places not severe enough to you?

what has closed? basically nothing. the local pool store is still open. i don't call that essential. other than restaurants only doing carryout and i know most movie theaters concerts/sports are closed but other than that it's about it. not really any jobs have closed yet and mine won't.

its common sense at this point just by virtue of the limited tests and the criteria for getting tested.

if only high risk individuals are being tested then of course the mortality rate would be higher.

if everyone could get tested, then that mortality % would most likely be under 1%.

yea majority of people don't get tested

but look at china. is was horrible there and yesterday they only had 13 new deaths. 39 new cases. granted i'm sure a lot of people have it and aren't tested.

it took a few months and we're looking at summer time to be putting us around the same thing. faster if we get more of a lockdown sooner than later. china put it off for way too long and it was out of hand by time they started to do anything about it.

i have one but wasn't for the virus. i've had a couple for years i bought on amazon for like $5-10 for painting. R95 so better than the recommendation.

it's been in china since december and they're basically past it. the cases were insane and now it's pretty low for new cases. but yea that's 3-4 months so that'll put us to like june/july. lower if we move quicker to end the spread.

we're just copying what ohio does the day after.

they can still do carryout and fast food will stay open. but yea waitresses aren't really needed and i doubt they'll really get that much business so it'll probably just be like 2 people and a manager at each restaurant/bar to take care of things. some of the busier places might keep their normal cook staff but waitresses will be part time.

they just closed all the bars and restaurants in ohio. they can still do carryout but that's it. michigan i'm sure is about to do the same since they closed schools a day after ohio.

if i could get unemployment to cover it than probably. if nothing than no. not using up the last of my sick time and my vacation time for it.

i know a girl that did the same. from some asian country like 25-30 and married a year or so with some guy in his 50s. she had a kid from before so just doing it to be here. she wants to divorce him and stuff.

the office

i've watched it like 10 times now. on season 4 of it not. watched parks and rec for the first time like a year ago. it was really good. definitely would watch it again but i'm on my 2nd time of watching the office since then.

yea probably. i kinda doubt they'll enforce online school for kids.

i never been a huge fan of it. good once in awhile. i mostly just like either a meatlovers with some cajun or some kind of seasoned crust or just a specialty pizza.

so still gonna be an actual show? i expected it to be like the christmas show and just a couple matches and a bunch of recaps. maybe like a WM recap from last year with showing a few full matches.

mine hasn't said anything yet but this week is spring break. so maybe by monday they might say something. a lot of other colleges are switching to online only. 1 of my classes is online. but yea some classes are better in person. but i wouldn't mind if it was a couple weeks and would mean all my tests and quizzes would have to be open book.

wow guess it was before he got tested. now everyone there needs to get tested.

think gobert getting it is what made them cancel the season. smart move. cause now you probably have the whole jazz team with it and grizzlies might as well now. plus they say he still feels healthy so could have passed it to all the teams they played recently and other people that been close to him.

just open it and clean it out. it's really easy to open it up.

i have the white ps4 and only problem i've had is with the disc eject button. sometimes it'll just randomly eject a disc. something about static buildup or something that triggers it. pretty annoying when it happens while playing a game and lose all your data since your last save. even playing a digital game with no disc in it'll just keep beeping. nothing i tried has really helped yet but it's pretty random when it happens. it'll be fine for months and then just randomly do it for awhile and then be fine again.

like 16/17.

i came home 1 time and thought that. my screen door was wide open. so i guess when i left it just didn't shut all the way and the wind blew it open. that or maybe i got a package and the guy put it in the door and didn't close it all the way.

but if my main door was open i'd probably open it to see my tv and systems gone so look to see how bad the damage was and freak out and stuff.

just hit michigan :/

yea that's something i liked about her. said that was the whole reason why she was wearing baggy clothes so people didn't really know what her body looked liked.

1. That is way over the maximum height limit for pallets.
2. Why is she doing that on the floor anyways. Stacking pallets is suppose to be done in the back rooms. What she was doing could have been dangerous.

There are empty pallets on the sales floor? Wat. That's a safety hazard and looks horrible. Bad management.

night shift. they always have pallets on the floor like 8pm-5am or whatever.

but yea those stacks she should have had 2 people lifting when they got over her head. should have just left them as 2 stacks and just took them to the back room. 1 of the back room people would stack them up with a fork and take them outside.

i got a n64 for christmas after it came out. got a psOne(the mine one) after that was out. probably had that like a year before getting a ps2 in 01. i forgot the psOne and ps2 came out the same year.

ff7 i did get the pc version from a friend but barely played it. tried it again years later a few times. finally beat ff7 like 5-7 years ago. know i had the ps3 version but think i did have a ps4 already by then.

i never knew teachers were paid THAT badly. i seen in michigan on average it's like $36k to start for a teacher. know michigan i lower than some places but like damn. like i know you get the summer off and like christmas break and stuff but you still have to spend way more than the 40~ hours you're in school a week on work. all that time at home grading papers and coming up with lesson plans and whatever.

i know some that can get like $100k or maybe close to it. i know in high school we only had 1 teacher that taught calc and physics and he was old so i know he made the most out of any teacher. not sure if he made that much but he had to be up there.

isn't it like 25mbs? so throttled would be like 256k?

this is one reason i don't wanna live out in the country. i like going as a kid to go visit for a weekend/week but that was before cell phones and high speed internet for the most part. definitely couldn't like up there. i've visited my cousin and i had verizon and even with that i would only have like 1 bar. she was on metro and would never have service. have to drive 30-45 minutes just to get to a walmart.

Always seems higher quality than taco bell to me, but there's only one near me and it's a bit out of the way. Fries are great, I like the quesadillas a lot too.

that's why i wanted to try it. i like taco bell but figure del taco looks like better quality.

They stopped having the street tacos which were the best thing on the menu for me. Best hot sauce of any fast food chain though.

did they just get rid of street tacos? it was on the menu i looked at but could be an old menu. i think i seen like some street taco $6 meal or something i was planning to get.

i never had a fish taco and have wanted to try it so if i like them i'll have to come back to try a fish taco and some other stuff.
