Speaking of sales, Rimworld is on sale for the first time. A tiny sale, but still lol. If anyone's interested/curious, it's a really fantastic colony sim game. If you've heard of Dwarf Fortress, it's similar to that but easier to get into.

I need to sit down and actually try to learn Gwent, on my playthrough I kinda ignored it cuz I couldn't afford cards :P

Gwent can be frustrating at first, since the first opponent you actually run into in the courtyard is actually meant for later in the game and pisses you off if you try right away. Once you can buy a couple it's easier to win matches, and you get more cards from that, and it just keeps going from there.

This interests me. How are the two version different? Is it a tonal shift or is it like a new version of the same story as in Hunter x Hunter?

03 turns into a completely different story, complete with characters not even being the same or having the same role.

Just watch the beginning parts of 03 then start Brotherhood. 03 goes off the rails completely and I don't like it at all, especially in comparison to the canon story.

The first hour I thought it was dull as crap, personally. x.x I'm 7 hours in now and I'm liking it a lot more.

I'm not saying I object to a straight port, but the Wii U's utilization of the gamepad made XCX so incredibly smooth to play. Having the map right there was fucking incredible. On the Switch, you'd have to keep opening the map in the menu, and that would be such a hassle given how much it gets used.

Nah, it's not a hassle at all and it'd be easy to implement a non-Wii U version of the map. I know from experience. :)

Aaahhh!! I recently replayed this, it's one of my favorite games ever and definitely my favorite Xenoblade. I want a goddamn sequel. :(

Oh it's that Gloomwood one, one of the ones that looks good. Demo is up now actually.

I was reading how the dev was hurt they removed the trailer from this stream. So it's there still at least, but still lame it was put after the credits when most people exited out.

Overall I thought that was a way better stream than PCGS in previous years. A handful of newly announced ones I'll have my eye on for sure, especially the potion shop one.

I'm hype, and definitely tuning in on the 18th. I love Swen lmao. Also really happy to see they immediately started to tackle the atmosphere, narration, and UI criticism.

Early Access is aimed for August. Might get a delay due to COVID impacting their progress but Swen says it's still looking good so far to make that goal.
