The UK had social distancing just not enforced by law.

MOST people were obeying it but lots of berks weren't. Especially up North.

Now the Government is starting to enforce it and threatening more serious Italty/Franceesq measures if people still don't shape up.

I'm not sure about if were one of the last that but we were slow on the ball.

Lots of "Oh its not really a big deal" until everyone started dying.

Then everyone in Italy started dying and we were like "Oh shit...."

Basically our conservative Government thought this was going to "Go Away" within a few weeks and the reality that it is not only not going away but in fact getting a lot worse is hitting hard.

Sadly it's hitting the government hard, large amounts of the population are ignoring it and still going out in groups, going to tourism hotspots, etc.

US: We need to get back to normal, it's fine to keep the beeches open, the economy is what is important, we have new things and new precautions to get back to normal.

UK: We need to lock everything down, stay in your fucking homes for 3 weeks no matter what. Only shop once a week, everything is closed except food shops, never go outside in a group of more than 2 and no one who you don't live with. If you don't do this then we will enforce curfews and martial law.

I just watched Trump's livestream downplaying everything and saying we need to keep companies strong and then switched to a UK news livestream talking about the Government forcing businsesses to shut down to stop people from getting sick.

They were as close to being polar opposite messages without being scripted.

Right at the top of Mt Gagazet he put a sphere telling Yuna to find her own path.

Assuming that sphere isn't destroyed by fiends or buried under snow or blow off the cliff, she will only find it once she reaches the very top of Mt Gagazet.

Like I said in the above post, it's all due to carbs, which you are most likely eating too many of. You don't just eat whatever you want when doing IF/PF, and your body stays hungry because you aren't eating enough protein and fat to satiate you and decrease your body's insulin response.

I'm eating 90% chicken, Turkey and eggs with vegetable sides of peas, carrots, sweetcorn, broccoli etc

I dont get what more protein I need

I heard on the news about a Japanese study implying that there might be a lot more cases of infection with little to no symptoms, meaning essentially that the mortality is a lot lower than previously estimated.
