A lot of people will tell you that the circle pad doesn't help at all because it's still just 8 directional movement, and they're technically right. But there's something to be said for being able to use the pad anyway. It's way more comfortable and manageable than using the d-pad imo, and that makes a huge difference. To me, at least. It's way better on a 3ds imo --- |

I've seen people speed down closed roads before. So I'm not 100% certain he was targeting people, especially since he could have hit more people if he had veered right into the crowd and not left back toward the highway. I mean, maybe he saw a target and went for it, or maybe they were in the path of him trying to drive around the parked cars like Luke Duke. Yeah I don't think it's even remotely relevant whether or not he intended to hit them. He could literally have had no idea anyone has been protesting at all, and not seen them til the moment they hit his vehicle, and he's still fucking ridiculously guilty.
