By the time you get them staggered they're likely to change phases anyway and the stagger bar resets. City fairs, travel agents in DC (cherry blossom) and most cities that are gorgeous in April and May, local restaurants that rely on foot traffic, coffee shops that dont have drivethrus... Leases, mortgages, employee wages dont stop when the economy does. Forbearance still means you have to pay. We need to get back to work. Every city and town isnt NYC. You do realize that even if everything reopened right now, those folks would still suffer, right? The only cards out right now that can match or exceed them are the 2080 (debatable if the rumors and claims are true) and the 2080ti.
