Higurashi: BEATED. Bit anti-climactic compared to what it took to unlock the true ending, if we're being honest. Still, it's fun times, and apparently there's more out there somewhere? Kinda bummed that there's not a sound room, so I'll have to figure out the BGM I like on my own time I guess.

I'm aware it's not the first time! That's why I'm surprised you're denying you hate him!

I hate his booking. He's a good wrestler. I just am tired of him getting a bigger push than SuperCena while showing up with the title less than Rock. I'd be less annoyed if it was a Bryan or a Kofi or somebody I liked better, I guess, but I would still find it offputting. I'm not a big fan of part-time champs, I'm not a big fan of one dude being The Guy clearly above everybody else forever, and Brock is like the worst offender of the modern era in both categories at the same time. That and I still don't get why everybody else super loved the Rumble where he killed everybody, and it apparently gets under my skin when I can't even see where the other side is coming from and all I get is "lol u dumb it's great." See also my recurring fight over SDRv3 >_>

So Hololive has never actually gotten off the ground. I have a few theories as to what's up, so today I tried switching them from women-only to women as a large division. Holostars is a thing I guess, but I'm gonna see if I can make it work without doing that. In the meantime the AI has assembled possibly the weirdest TEW roster I have ever seen:

I keep coming up with things that don't really fit

Va-11-Ha-Lla or however you spell it seems pretty good for "VN+Gameplay" but it's not an RPG. And I didn't get far enough to guarantee it was good all the way through.

Clannad is good if branching paths counts as gameplay.

Some other games have a tiny bit of gameplay way at the end but I don't want to spoil that and I don't think it'd meet your needs.

To The Moon feels like a VN (story and atmosphere driven), looks like an RPG (was made in RPGMaker), but doesn't really fit either category somehow. (there's no fighting but there is a minigame or two in addition to exploring and talking to people)

Yay Okami! Maybe someday I will try it again and be able to draw a straight line.

Disgaea: Couple story fights, couple Improve Counterattack bills, nothing crazy. The second fight was a fun map with Evade/Warp/Deathblow, which let me get some good levels for my lowbies (at least the ones lucky enough to hit and/or survive)

Higurashi: BEATED. Sorta. Apparently there's a secret ending but I screwed up without saving halfway through the process and got annoyed and it's past midnight anyway so it'll wait for next time. I really like how everybody got their individual time to shine in this whole last ep! All came together very nicely, and I wouldn't have even thought to look for a different ending without accidentally learning that while trying to find info on the Fragments bit. Ryukishi is good people. I really want a music room.
