There are so many ways to counter Rollout. Flash/Sand Attack, Dig, Double Team, anything that paralyzes, confuses, puts to sleep, hell, you can just spam Growl so even full-damage Rollout barely scratches you. You just have to do something about it rather than just mindlessly attack.

Ironic, considering the Republicans wanted the entire stimulus package to go towards corporate bailouts and the Democrats wanted a larger check going to the people and less to bailouts. 2019: got 3000 back
2020: get how much back? 3000-1200?

Edit: or would I get 3000 for 2020? Basically you're saying if this stimulus credit came at tax time in 2021, my refund would be 3000 then the stimulus credit gives me 1200

You would get 3000. If you didn't get the check, you would be getting 4200. (though if your refund is that high, your withholding is too high and should talk to your employer about that.)

There's some misinformation here. It's an advance payment of a credit on your 2020 taxes (the return you file in 2021). But instead of giving it to you in 2021, they give it to you now if they have a way to pay you. So in 2021, you get your normal refund, but if you didn't get a payment this year, you would get your normal refund + $1200.

What's completely insane to me is that he's literally the only candidate in the election that's lucid and speaks in coherent sentences. Trump and Biden are both clearly suffering from dementia. There's a reason the DNC hasn't let them debate head to head and won't until Biden's lead becomes insurmountable. They'd rather run Biden and lose than let Bernie win.
