| Demigod_Elessar 07/17/20 5:54:25 PM #22 | I really enjoyed the game. But more specifically like the first 2/3 of the game. The climax for me was the end of the homicide cases. So after those events occur and you get "demoted" and put on arson cases, the game became very dull for me and I struggled to finish it. It's such a shame. It's like the main storyline builds up over the first 15-20 hours while you do traffic and homicide cases, and then it gets resolved. But they threw on like another 5-10 hours of arson cases that introduced a new storyline and felt very shoehorned in. If the game had just ended at homicide, I feel it would have been better received. So yeah, the first 2/3 of the game was amazing for me. But it really skidded to the finish line after that. --- IRON MAIDEN IS MY RELIGION! |

I keep it active mostly because I made a ton of friends playing WoW and other games from 2010 on, so that is the main platform where we can stay in touch freely over the years. But a couple of years ago, I actually went into my settings and switched it to where my birthday is hidden. Just because I always hated getting all of those "fake", generic birthday wishes from all my facebook friends. I just didn't want to deal with that anymore. Anyone who means anything to me I see in real life on a regular basis, and they always text or call me to wish me a happy birthday. That's what's important to me. --- IRON MAIDEN IS MY RELIGION! |

We didn't really experience those initial "courtship" parts that a lot of relationships start with. It was just like one day we were flirting back and forth, the next I asked her out, and boom I'm dating a mother with a 5-year-old son. Our first date was me taking both her and her son out to dinner. Which was fine, I had no issue or problem with having to include her son in out activities. I accepted that going in. But I get why some people wouldn't want to. And that brings me to my next part. I grew attached to both her and her son over the next two years. So when our relationship finally ended, I didn't just lose her. I lost her son as well. Kind of double the heartache. So, me personally, I will never date another single mother again. I have a special love for Tolkien and Middle-Earth, so I am obviously biased. But I have never come across another cinematic fantasy trilogy or show that has come close to the scale of The Lord of the Rings. And I honestly don't expect I ever will. Biden wins, and you have Trump who's going to claim it was rigged and that he was cheated and that it was all a democratic hoax. And his base will eat it all up. He'll then still be on power for two whole months, and I have no doubt when it comes time for him to leave in January, he will refuse. If Trump wins, well, he will be completely unhinged during his final four years. Because he knows if he got re-elected after all of the shit he's pulled during his first term, he knows there is nothing he can't do and no one that can stop him. --- IRON MAIDEN IS MY RELIGION! |

For example, say a vehicle has five people in it but the driver is clean. They then ask for the other four people's IDs and one of those four people maybe have a drug history? After the police asked for her ID and insurance, he came over to my window and asked me for my ID. I didn't really think anything of it at the time, this was years ago, but do find it a bit strange today that I had to give my ID when I wasn't driving and wasn't the one who broke any law. I guess it's so they can run my name for warrants or history. Guess they figure it's a way to catch more criminals, I guess? --- IRON MAIDEN IS MY RELIGION! |

I've had cats my entire life, and each one I always obtained when they were usually between 12-15 weeks old. And never once have I had a "bad" cat. They've always been very affectionate, intelligent pets. You have to be a lot more patient with a cat than a dog. Dogs will love you and be loyal to you almost blindly, cats you have to earn it. If you treat your cat with love and respect, it will return it in kind. Typically, if it's a "bad" cat, that means it was raised poorly or abused throughout its life. I always liked the quote "There's no such thing as a bad cat, just bad owners." I had a friend about ten years ago that treated his cat like shit. And sure enough, every time I would visit, he would rather run and hide or if he was exposed to me he would be clawing and hissing. But with the rise of digital and Amazon's deals, I'm surprised GameStop has lasted this long. Hell, even places like Walmart, have started selling games at -$10 off their retail price. Not sure if you've noticed, but over the last 6 months or so, Walmart has been pricing brand new $60 games at $50, $50 games at $40, etc. With the convenience of Amazon, and the slashed prices off of games at Walmart, I don't know why anyone would continue going through GameStop. --- IRON MAIDEN IS MY RELIGION! |

So it's been kind of scary for me, just because I have to interact with so many random people and handle their phones on a daily basis. But I've started wearing disposable gloves, and have been washing my hands after just about every interaction. I ended up buying one of those 10,000 mAh battery pack cases for it, and it is a nice, quality of life improvement. Turns my 2-3 hours of battery life into about 9-10 hours before having to recharge the whole thing (been playing BotW most lately, and I'd say that's one of the most demanding games on the system in handheld mode).
