Sure you can go to Walmart but Walmart can get crowded and what they hope is that some people will see the crowds and be deterred to go in there thus going nowhere good in theory but its not the case. You have less stores open but the same amount of people visiting those stores - so you have more people crammed into less stores which is totally against what the directive is. |
