Hmm maybe a 6 person Crew? Though I like having it be an odd number so there aren't ties with the Crew Consensus

Also leon, tran, kleenex: I'm guessing the answer is yes but are you all interested in being the regulars again?

Or should someone new take a spot (tho I'd have no idea who any suggestions??)

good to see that a lot of people like things as they are now

I feel like 6 members is good, especially if we're going to have multiple matches per day. I'm fine with writeups being posted close to the start time, but earlier is fine.

I'm not sure what ideas you have in mind for a different format though.
tbh I'm not sure yet either but I guess that depends on what kind of contest we're getting

One thing you could do to reduce guest fluking is to have people send a writeup/prediction as criteria for signing up for the slot, and give them the opportunity to update it if the want to before the match.
this isn't a bad idea, a write-up might be a bit much but a placeholder prediction when claiming the match might work

Though the other suggestions of a deadline for Guests to submit write-ups and letting it be a free-for-all after that also works since I'd be guaranteed a write-up and prediction.
