If we aren't including vacation time, every year for like 5 years. I've called out sick maybe two or three times, only when I'm super ill, and I called out when my dogs died. Since you are including vacation, I intend to use my accrued vacation time and never have perfect attendance for a month again. I'm planning on using at least a paid day off every month of the year.

I don't think average guy not going to the strip club is the same average guy that would pay for onlyfans, most people are wise enough to know porn is free. I'm pretty sure both rely on a very small, lonely minority that happens to also have a lot of money to blow, and from what I've read, it's more like paying for female attention than the nudity (which is just a bonus). It's like free-to-play gaming, 95% of people don't give a shit, but 5% of people donate every buck they have to "earn" a little bit more. It's all predatory stuff on unfulfilled people.

Dated a woman that was a single mother once, when we were both in our early 20s. Definitely would not do that again. Couldn't ever do anything because the kid had to tag along, and she was one of these mothers letting her little baby be undisciplined and free, so I got to share the burden of bad looks from people when the baby was being a terror and she would get pissed if I tried anything to keep the stupid thing under control.

I'd like to think that there's a planet out there where giant reptiles/birds didn't get wiped out and still ruled their planet. Or we could be the most intelligent species in the universe, and other "intelligent" life could still be stuck pushing wagons and building temples to gods.

The only fast food I worked was Arby's when I was 19, and I only did it for a few months. It honestly wasn't that bad. Was neither fun nor horrible. I took orders at the drive thru, only stressful thing really was when people would talk like they're garbling on a cock and I couldn't make out what they said. I think we only had one Karen, but I don't remember what she complained about. Usually it would be pretty busy during the lunch hour, but then dead all day until dinner time.

Dude is like 30, is almost 300 lbs, is obsessed with video games and cartoons, has zero social skills, and thinks he's the most intelligent man on the planet. Pretty much the only thing he does all day is barely work while watching cartoons all day on his phone and cries that he does all the work and bitches if anyone tells him to do anything (it's a Union job, so he pretty much can't be fired).

I haven't been to Costco or Walmart in a while, but I've heard Walmarts are being raided pretty hard, too. Home Depot had toilet paper, too, but they were charging double the price for them.

I kind of understand the fear of quarantine, but I don't understand buying SO MUCH toilet paper instead of anything else, like canned food or cereals. I mean, if you run out of TP you can still wash your ass, it's not vital to the existence of mankind.

I don't think it's the main reason but I do think it's one of many reasons why people are depressed. I still think the main reason is that people spend too much time online, reading things that upset them but don't directly have an effect on them, arguing with people they'll never meet, and chasing for online validation from those very same people. Also, seeing so many memes about how miserable you should be as if it's a normal thing doesn't help, either.

It's in part toxic masculinity but women help in encouraging gender roles as well. Cry in front of your girlfriend/wife or express extreme emotional weakness, many will tell you "be a real man" as well. Society in general still expects men to adhere to strict gender roles as they break down for women. I feel like just stating these things too would elicit many "oh boohoo, quit your whining, bitch" from both men and women, maybe not on this forum but elsewhere.

But yes, I believe it does contribute to suicide. I work with 95% dudes, most aren't "tough guys" but the few that are you can tell are pretty fucked in the head. If you talk to them, every once in a while you see some vulnerability squeak out before they "correct" themselves and go back to talking about bitches they want to bang and how no one should fuck with them. I feel like a lot of these guys feel powerless in a certain situation (a lot either struggle with money and/or with their marriage and kids) and overcompensate in a different aspect of their lives pretending they're an alpha male.
TopicNotice how nobody ever mentions multiplayer games in their top 5.
PesticideDream

Well, like you said, single player games are meant more to appeal to you emotionally and artistically, while multiplayer games are meant to be just fun, usually. Plus, it depends on where you go on the Internet and ask questions like this: a place like this has a lot more introverted Sony/Nintendo fans that thrive on single player experiences. You go to a primarily MMO or fighting game or sports game forum, it's probably an entirely different Top 5.

My top 5 probably would be single player games because they appealed the most to me personally, more in a role-playing or story aspect than pure fun; but, multiplayer games such as No Mercy, Goldeneye, NBA Jam, Halo, Rocket League, Unreal Tournament, Monster Hunter, etc. definitely hold many fond memories as far as having fun goes over single player games.

So now its two deaths vs the millions of regular drivers?

Sounds good to me

There's also millions of regular drivers driving all the time vs how many "auto-pilot" cars on the road driving for what distance/how long? Of course the statistics are going to be skewed towards more deaths for regular drivers, there's a drastically higher amount of them, and it's not a good look when the few self-driving cars being tested can't account for variables and are already causing fatalities.

Even if in the next 20 years it's nothing but automated vehicles on the road, how do they account for different variables, such as: jaywalkers, children/pets bolting into streets, detrimental weather like flooding and ice skidding cars around the streets, debris in the road, etc. I feel like full automation only works if we pretend everything runs perfect and smoothly at all times.

If you're getting that kind of breakfast from diners and restaurants, of course it's gonna be bad for you. The portions are always way too much and they're made as unhealthy as possible to remain delicious. An egg omelet with veggies inside with fruits on the side or even whole wheat toast with a healthier spread ain't that bad for you.

You can also make protein pancakes, too. You don't have to be the epitome of health, just cut back on portions and/or choose healthier alternatives. Even if you go to diners, just eat half of it and save the next half for tomorrow morning.

I don't think it has much to do with the female leads. The marketing is pretty bad, I didn't know this was out until my girlfriend saw an ad and said she wanted to see it (haven't seen it yet, but I'll take her). It looked like another Suicide Squad which was a pretty abysmal movie. It confused me, too, cause they mostly show HQ and I didn't know if I'm supposed to care about the other women or if they're even anyone I would know or just random women.

It's pretty much the same advertising as Charlie's Angels..."here's this movie starring the chick you know from Twilight doing sassy, action movie things! And there's other women in it probably, who knows, maybe a plot somewhere".
