I was a little disappointed tbh, I remember Ran/Ann being my favourite character from the last games. I was gonna go straight for her but all the other events are so much more enjoyable.

Dark Fate was actually fucking great and the best since 2.

The only reason people whined about it was because John Connor was killed in the beginning of the movie, which made sense because there would be no movie otherwise.

Rise of Skywalker was OK if you aren't a Star Wars fan. Like it wasn't good, but if you watch it just because its a action-y romp in space, its fine, I guess. The problem is that that isn't how 90% (at least) of people who want the new Star Wars movie think of it. Especially since it was not only the culmination to the sequel trilogy, but advertised as the ending of the whole damn saga.

Is there even a particular endpoint to this? I really dislike the idea of quotas when it comes to this stuff. Fostering an environment in which they feel welcomed to act and people can feel free to pitch stories involving them is more important than some particular percentage.

These kind of things are a little awkward to have a specific endpoint since it's end goal is a societal change that is more accepting to LGBT people. So basically it is the first idea.

An example would be whatever the big movie is having the obligatory love story be between two men (or two women) and nobody particularly caring that its two men (or women). If this movie can come out without 1/2 the country throwing a hissyfit over "the SJWs are ruining America with their gay movie characters!"

Not really, there's been a big push for more representation for LGBT+ in the last few years.

There's still a ways to go, but its good to acknowledge that we've come quite a bit from where we started (or at least since the Hayes code)

the first couple events are still included, but you cant get to a point where the rivals actually end up together. Kai and popuri will never actually end up getting married although there are some of the events still there.

This is the best I've been able to find elsewhere online. If I can't find a better one I might try to scan the comic eventually, but this first page gives a pretty good idea of what's going on. Apparently its also digital somewhere.

Kind of sad that we are excited over a manual but I always used to like reading character bios and such in them and the GTA ones being made to read and look like a tourist guide were really cool, Star Trek Bridge commanders was made to be a huge star ship operations manual.

I think its just a nice perk since instruction booklets are so rare nowadays. So when one is actually included it feels like extra effort was put in. I know I only ever read them when they had some kind of gimmick like the ones you said.

Also for anyone who hasn't read it yet/doesn't have the game yet, aside from the basic instructions, there's also little bios on each marriageable candidate, and a little comic strip on the last few pages about what you can do in Mineral Town that's kind of cute.

My copy just came in the mail. The outside cover is reversible and the reversible side is like the original FoMT artwork! AND IT HAS AN INSTRUCTION MANUAL. There was also a little pink cow that I guess was a pre-order bonus? idk I'm not complaining.

For Trump to not leave the White House, he would need to not be a coward, which we know is completely false.

Its much more likely that if Trump loses in November, hell leave quietly, and then complain to high heaven about how the election was rigged, before naming the new White House his Trump Towers apartment or something.

There are like 4 bread tubers that are any good, and everyone who cares already knows who most of them are.

But Breadtube considers everyone who talks about anything remotely political a member of "bread tube" as well as the people who say we need to burn down the entire country because that's the only way to solve the current problems. A few people have made jokes about them being considered a bread tuber despite not really doing anything political.

I dont think you even need to stay friends with him. The new one might be different but One of the people who run the winery come to you looking for some help with their big harvest and if you tell Cliff he gets a job there and stays around forever, and if not he runs out of money and leaves town.

Theres one event with Cliff in Fall of your first year, and if you dont do it, he leaves and never comes back. But Im pretty sure this is the only thing you can actually miss.

At least that was the case in the original FomT, Im assuming its the same here.

My local mall is, although a lot of the other stores are still closed with limits on how many people can be in the store at one time, and the grocery store is separated so you can only go in from the one entrance.

I'm also in Canada and we're doing way better than the States so your experience may differ.

He's said things like being open to one term as well as the absurdness of having a republican vice president, imagine he really went through with that and he's been silent so long on his VP pick because it's actually a republican.

That would be fine in the whole "spirit of bring each side together" idea, but if he picks a republican VP someone is going to murder Biden in office so we get another republican president.

Because way back when only one was an option. And then when both sexes got the ability to y'know, have rights and such they stayed there to prevent discrimination.

This honestly just sounds like a silly technicality that should be very easy to fix. Especially since Chen says she's in Canada because she was afraid of being persecuted for her gender, so you would think China would be unwilling to give her a passport with her correct gender identity.

I bet this will be blamed on like, one a**hole immigration official and they'll fix this for her no problem.

That doesn't mean the characters have to die. Iron Man and Cap are probably coming back to life (same actor or not) if some of the new Phase 4 Additions do badly.

Hell, the MCU has already had two recastings that nobody cared about (Hulk, War Machine)

This is likely why it hasn't released yet. Its getting released in theatres, and Disney will hold these movies as long as they need to.

I can't wait to see Washington end up replacing Redskins with something even more offensive.

The first half are way better than the second IMO. At least the ones very intentionally made for Kids do a good job at being a kids movie. The later ones feel like their trying too hard to be cool YA "for adults" movies.

So $10 or be a slave in Florida for a year.

wtf is going on in Arizona? I've literally heard nothing about Arizona before this topic. Granted I'm not American, but I have heard about Texas and Florida.

I took Woodshop in Grade 9 and Home Ec in Grade 10. My school didn't offer Metalshop. I can acknowledge that I got very little from either of them, aside from seeming slightly more competent when someone asks me if I know how to use power tools.

This was more I didn't know what to take in my group of "other classes to take" so I basically tried to take everything.

Any of the first 4 are good picks IMO, I think it went downhill after that (although it might have just been me not being a kid anymore)
