I'm just going to say it, liberals are what's wrong with America, these folks are pushing for things like mandatory vaccinations and quarantines for those traveling. These kinds of consequences for moving around destroy faith in the system, plenty of folks are tired of this crap virus that kills less than 1% of people it infects and half the folks who get it don't even get any symptoms or the test shows a false positive. This has been enormously blown out of proportion by the left, and then the left had massive protests right before reopening too, so they sabotaged themselves, it's blatant venom towards trump because he's raw about things and these guys cannot handle a strong figure in office. This all seems like some kind of conspiracy against the trump administration and the disclosing of a lot of stuff people would rather pretend doesn't exist in this country, like the elite pedophile ring, rampant sex and child trafficking and disgusting things like adrenochrome harvesting plus more. Seriously, wake the heck up guys.

Why do you think buses are going away permanently

Bus ridership is down big time since the shutdown happened. Our citys buses are operating at a loss right now.

Its even worse for the companies of other bus and shuttle companies who used to transport Facebook or Google employees to the offices from their homes

People do not understand that this confirms or reinforces stereotypes. Every minimum wage person who now won't work for a few weeks or gets laid off after this will suffer. Every small private business that is locally owned and has been looted will have an increase hate to a specific group. People are losing their lively hood because of looters and it is going to create more hate and new racists.

People seem to be too fucking stupid to realize this but will cry "racist" or that they are being held back yet they burn down manufacturing plants and cause hundreds to lose jobs. Hundreds who have families, kids, illnesses and rely on these jobs. It will not make them sympathetic to their cause. It will make them hate.

This. It is the reason why lots of people dont support the protests.

I definitely think the Native Americans had it the worst. Their land was taken from them by the Europeans and their people and culture almost got wiped from existence.

The NHL had two strikes and recovered, the MLB will be fine. This BS with the Astros though, its now tainted.

Honestly, I learned a long time ago theres really no need to suck up to anybody or beg for them to stay around. I learned the hard way that a majority of friends are a dime a dozen.

What does accepting yourself mean? Like what does it entail?

It means being comfortable enough with yourself that you dont need anybody else.

The hardest lesson I have learned is friends come and go. I was ones like you trust me but eventually I learned a majority of friends are expendable.

Yeah, I dunno what to think right now. I'm one of the millions of unemployed and don't really have a lot of prospects because I was bartending before this and business is at a standstill. I also don't want to serve anyone while there's a pandemic going on. But there also needs to be incentive to get back to work at some point.

So I've been brushing up on coding and trying to resume a possible career there, but that's also a decent ways off.

There will always be an incentive to go back to work. Even if this passes, the payments will not be forever.
