If you're alone in the vehicle, with the keys in the car, you are at a risk to drive. And may have been driving before the police arrived. While sleeping in the car is certainly more safe than driving home, police will assume you had intent to drive unless they have good reason to believe otherwise. --- It's more like if you don't have to wait in line at Arby's because some dude stopped by and kidnapped all of the other customers. - MoogleKupo141 |
