I wanted it to be chill and not so super serious while at the same time wanting people to contribute (within their means) and not just hang by the others coattails. I'd kick him when there is 1 point left for level 6, just to troll him. I think either he's just gonna get more belligerent and leave when things aren't going his way or he's gonna piss off people/make them uncomfortable and you'll start hemorrhaging guild members until you kick him or get overrun with people like him. I thought you needed to attack an enemy with the same weapon before his turn came up? But why'd I get a chain with Y'shtola, Mediena, and Xiza (punchy claw girl)? Two mages smack with staff, okay, chain...But then punch? I mean I'm not complaining because I hate those missions of getting chains of 2 or more, but can it just be any weapon?There are 4 attack damage types: Strike, Slash, Pierce, Projectile Staff + Rod + Fists = Strike Dagger + Sword + Big Sword = Slash Lance = Pierce Guns + Bows = Projectile IIRC So any of them would chain with the other in the group. Then you have magic or physical skills which can chain.
