It's a shame that he went off the deep end. He was very entertaining as the host of the short lived but awesome game show "Greed." I was hoping he would tweet out some sort of reflections on it when its 20th anniversary happened in November, but instead it was all conservative conspiracy BS.

I would be cautious that they would just try to create some sort of "innovative" spin on it instead of giving the fans what they want, especially if Miyamoto is involved.

It's not as impactful as the no OCs thing is, but I'm reminded of how in Mario+Rabbids, Ubisoft was told they couldn't have Mario jump around in the overworld for traversal.

I was in pretty bad shape when I ended up in the ER and subsequently got diagnosed. I had bad fungal infections in my esophagus and lungs which had made it nearly impossible to eat or even drink for months (the pain when I tried swallowing) and difficult to breathe.

But then they treated me with antibiotics and now I take one ARV pill per day. Its been almost 2 years since I was diagnosed and I havent experienced any noticeable side effects from the pill yet. Im also nearly at a 500 CD4/T-cell count now and am nonviral. (People without HIV/AIDS typically have a count of 500-2,000; I was at a count of 4 when I was diagnosed.)

So yeah, its been fine since I started getting the treatment. I do think it messed with my brain in a bad way though because the doctors said they thought Id had it for about 10 years before diagnosis and that was shortly before I started having mental issues in my life.

If all Brett Stephens did was state that the higher mean IQ of Ashkenazi Jews is much higher than that of other ethnic groups found throughout the western world and is a possible explanation for their overrepresentation in certain fields then that's not racist. The IQ findings regarding Ashkenazi Jews are extremely well known and uncontroversial among intelligence researchers. However, it's definitely one of those things that can be easily misused by racists to back up their bad assumptions and to neglect the substantial role of the environment in shaping individuals. I don't remember anything in the game being particularly awful looking, but then again, I played the game on the best platform as opposed to 7 year old hardware.

Yeah I can't see how Google can compete when they have no option to play their games locally. Streaming needs to be an additional option. Not the only one.

Especially when you take into account that many people don't have good enough internet connections to get a quality experience from streaming games.

He definitely did do the WikiCEdia thing also. Not just for me but when one of his accounts got banned he went on a spree on there. He did it to nearly everyone's page.

Yeah, it was funny in retrospect how he was still obsessed with that Fortress Forever shit and added that to the pages. Later on, he treied to deny it was him, but it was pointed out that the account used had an identical screen name and was registered in 2010. Just another one of those things that made me wonder what he looks like in real life and what interacting with him is like.

They all hated it back in the day because they stole games but this one was harder to get for free

The people that hated it for the controls were ridiculous as it should be hated for being a waste of a Zelda game. Instead of building upon what Twilight Princess did, they made a game with next to no exploration compared to past Zelda games and made most of the game a mediocre, linear dungeon.

MarthKoopa had plenty of meltdowns back in the early 2010s, especially over Doom Art, who did absolutely nothing to him.

ZombiePelican had some pretty good meltdowns over people calling him out for his welching on an account bet. He also was flustered when people laughed at him for his appearance when he posted a picture that revealed him to be an obese metalhead.

Then there was Richard Halpert, a Brony hater to the point that his sig had a poorly made MS paint picture of a pony's severed head on a stick. He was even so dedicated to his Brony hating schtick that he later went to the trouble of opening said image up in Paint again and adding some blood to the stick. He melted down any time that you accused him of being a closeted Brony, which was frequently.
