Alien X. Besides Ghostfreak, it's the only Alien to have another personality besides Ben, but this is a universal trait among it's entire species.
So when Ben turns into it, it's completely immoblie outside of someone moving it while Ben's in there trying to get the two inner personalities to agree on something with him. One's a feminine sensitive one, the other is a masculine aggressive one, so it doesn't usually go well outside of times in the series where Ben is more or less dead without the powers of God. With a capital G.

Because besides the standard complete invincibility, flight, super strength, the moment those 3 agree on something there is literally nothing that could stop it because of it's power to rewrite the universe if it wants/needs to.

It's the only way he could win, because even if he turns into a Saiyan and goes SS he doesn't have God Ki and can't go SSG, SSGSS, whatever Vegeta's special SSGSS form is, and most importantly he can't go UI like Goku could.

Without that he's just a "I have a transformation for everything" after he moved on from the first 10 aliens.

But depending on which age Ben is, his maturity and all will differ so while he wouldn't have stuff like the Kamehameha, Kaioken, Spirit Bomb, and God Ki, the older more experienced Bens like Ben 10k might be able to trigger Super Saiyan if he was gonna get plot armor. No way in hell he'd get SS2 onward on his first try though.

And while it's a thing of the past, the Ultimatrix might be able to even the odds in that regard. Heck, just like SS Rose it'd be an alternative to SSGSS if they wanted to use that level of stuff. But if Goku went UI there'd be nothing he could do without Alien X or somehow getting Zeno's DNA.

It's just like how the whole "eating so and so at night will make you fat" thing is just a myth. Vegetarian? Besides turkey and chicken I could give up eating meat (solely for health benefits since stuff like high blood pressure run in my family and I figure cutting out meat would prevent that). Hell, the only reason I haven't tried it out during quarantine is because I've started lifting.

Vegan? Even if I wasn't lifting I wouldn't do it. Not because I couldn't, but because I don't want to. Giving up milk, cheese, and other things that are animal products is stupid in my eyes since I don't give a shit about what vegans say is "hurting the animals" (in the sense of dairy/eggs being collected). Hell from a biological standpoint isn't it unnatural? Like go into nature and you'll see omnivores and carnivores eating meat. Why would I limit myself to stuff at no real benefit?
