Definitely have never had this happen on any of my recent Galaxy S devices - not my 1+ year old S10+ or the S8+ before it.

Can do the hard reset and wipe cache partition as well. I only usually wipe the cache after a big update.

I'm in Atlanta for the weekend (from Maryland) and the culture shock is insane. NOBODY wears a mask and there is very little social distancing. Only way this manifests for me is if I try to record 4K 60fps video. It'll automatically save it to the internal storage as opposed to my SD card which is the default.

For all other photo/video, the SD card is fine. You just have to buy one with sufficient read/write speeds as above.
