I think they banned him for something that happened a while ago that they initially let slide because they didnt want to lose him to Mixer. Now that Mixer is gone, theres nothing holding them back. I think this makes sense considering that absolutely no information has leaked and even Doc himself is claiming to not know whats going on.

In other words, the reason why theres no rumors being spilled is because theres nothing to spill. They probably banned him for something everyone already knows about.
