I can tell you first hand as someone works in both a private and public hospital, when it came to shortages of PPE during the initial covid crisis, the public hospitals which are primarily treat poor minorities ran out of supplies much more quickly and were receiving new stock much more sparingly.

But even during normal times everything from the gloves and masks to the cleaning supplies vary in quality depending on the institution. I'm sure @DarkRoast might also have some good insight.

I've been working in Psychiatry for almost 9 years and I can tell you for sure, once this is all over all us in healthcare will have varying degrees of PTSD. There will also undoubtedly be a huge spike in depression and especially survivors guilt.

While calling them teens is accurate, I think its also disingenuous. They are adults all 18 or older. Don't downplay their ages just because their actions scream immaturity.
