Bowser is fucked over by shit equipment and stats through most of the game. His final equipment is equal to the starting equipment of Toadstool, for example. This results in him being outclassed by everybody but Mallow in the physical attack department while having the worst magic attack and terrible magic defense. He is also every bit as slow as you would expect an ugly turtle bastard to be.

You will soon be able to grab the Safety Ring from a chest if you search a bit carefully. It guards against every ailment and instant death while also nullifying elemental damage. It is basically a better version of the Amulet you missed.

The Safety Badge is easier to find but only guards against the ailments.

Post back here when you need a "password" to further progress the story I dont think the game gives you any hints on what it is.

The game gives numerous hints if you play through the various minigame thingies in order to get them and the password becomes obvious with them.

The one missable thing that people ITT are talking about is a chest above a doorway in the Mushroom Kingdom Castle. You have to stand on a Toad's head to get it, but he only appears once when you first get there.

This spoiler isn't some sort of critical plot detail or anything and you lose nothing by reading it. You may want to save immediately before going in there. I once messed up and failed to get it on my first try despite knowing about it from getting it on previous playthroughs.

I had it a large number of times a bit more than a decade ago but I only saw something once. It was a very large shadow being with neon red lines running through where its eyes would have been. It appeared to be standing there looking directly at me. A few moments later its body stopped being solid and it began to disappear. Starting from that point I was able to see through it to the TV behind until it fully vanished.

Never saw it again.

The $100 refurbished haswell prebuilt computer I got on Ebay a long while back took over an hour to complete a recent Windows update. The computer I built last year took less than 30 seconds to complete the same update.
