We take precautions like face mask, physical distancing, touching less stuff, and also by limiting the amount of grocery store trips we take. With a non essential thing, the precautions don't negate the risks. What I was trying to get to is If someone did find the gym important, and were doing those precautions, would limiting the amount of time spent in the gym matter? I guess I'm just trying to say that the distinction between essential and non essential isn't that clear for each individual person.
