Its really all about you. If you feel like it's not healthy, then it isn't. I've experimented with not partaking in physical pleasures for literally months at a time -- it does have an impact, but what kind is really up to you.

Two things here:

They were purposely lying because healthcare workers on the frontlines needed the n95 masks more than regular folks.

To be completely honest they lied and contributed to misinformation. They should've strongly urged people to wear cloth masks, that they were still relatively effective and to leave n95 masks for professionals. In general the WHO (and to a lesser extent the CDC) have shown they don't know what they're talking about. They've walked back a lot.

Anyone can be racist. This is why having multiple words (and not just changing definitions) is a good thing. There is no systemic racism against white people in this country. However if I hated people only based on their skin tone, that would make me a racist.

Its been a long time since CjayC left. One good thing about our generation is that we tell people you are never too old to do what you love -- maybe he'd stick around a little longer if times were like they are now. Either way I'm almost 30 --- and I still look forward to new releases. It's a hobby, life can't be just about work. Getting older doesn't mean you have to kill the fun parts of yourself.
