At least in my area, but Im sure its pretty common. I still say dont move forward with it if you arent comfortable and the budget is being stressed too much, but this is also a thing to consider and look into. --- |

The original moderation reason didnt really make sense, and if it would have been upheld for any reason it would have been for Trolling since thats the standard category for misleading information type stuff. That said, I think it was very clear you werent trying to purposely spread misinformation. I saw the stomach acid document circulating on FB before even seeing this moderation, so I knew exactly what was going on. Even still... for shits and giggles lets even say you were purposely spreading misinformation. What would be the headline as a result of that? Local man attempts to eat Coronavirus-contaminated food because of GameFAQs post? Nah... thats ridiculous. >_> --- |

It looks like NCSU has updated that specific document - Is Coronavirus a concern with takeout? https://foodsafety.ces.ncsu.edu/covid-19-resources/ https://foodsafety.ces.ncsu.edu/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Takeout_COVID-19_Flyer_032320.pdf?fwd=no Theyre still saying theres no evidence that digesting food contaminated with the virus would transmit it, but they specifically removed the bullet point regarding stomach acid killing the virus. The original doc was dated March 20, and this update is from the 23rd. Maybe they got feedback after publishing that original doc and decided to take out that statement, is what Im guessing.  --- |

Im sure it all comes down to a case by case basis, so just do plenty of research and feel comfortable with the decision to move forward with it if you do. The heavy bleeding lasted maybe a day or two, so those days were not fun at all. Not trying to scare you, but its definitely something to be prepared for. The meds will help a bit, but the sinuses need time to heal for sure. She still uses a Netipot on a daily basis, which is the one thing she says helps, but she was doing that prior to the surgery. --- |
