After seeing how people were treating this shit during the reopening, Ive lost faith in American society and it was pretty low before hand. Looking at videos of people in my area( forget Florida and Texas, just in my area), its disturbing how few are taking this seriously.

Youre blindly accepting her side of the story as if its fact. You give no merit to the other party claiming that dude almost hit her with the cars which is why she smacked the back of the car. She couldve simply been walking away from the situation and almost got ran over. Would that not make you upset?

She was going to get a picture of their plates. Im not blindly accepting the white
womans side. However, they simply wanted to leave, I see no problem with that. Let them leave and post ten on social media later. Based on the videos, she had no intentions of just walking away. She still had her phone out, was still recording and talking to those in the van.

Im not sorry you feel the way you do about this. In this situation, the black family was wrong. And again,
no gun shouldve ever been pulled.

Threaten by what exactly? A woman recording her with her phone? That constitutes a threat now?

She slapped the back of her van after recording and blocking her from her vehicle. People dont like confrontation, they especially dont like being recorded and blocked from leaving. That woman did not have to walk behind her van or slap it. She let her adrenaline get the best of her but managed to keep her cool. Again, I agree she shouldnt have pulled her gun but she handled it very well after the fact.

If you feel threatened? Absolutely. No one was harmed and she handled herself very well after the gun was pull, should never have been pulled but she handled that situation very well after the gun was pulled. People could be dead, her adrenaline was going and she managed to bring it back down and walk away without a major situation.

Ill be honest, I dont see Moreno that 5 as a lot. Ive to 2 .22s, a lever and bolt action. 2 shotguns, 1 for trap shooting and the other for home defense. 4 rifles, 30-06 bolt, 308, Ruger mini 14 5.56 and a Henry lever .45. 4 handguns, SP101 .357, Ruger 9mm, Glock 19 and a Ruger 1911 .45.

As a former southeastern Michigan police officer and detective, based on the videos, no crime was committed. She has a permit to carry that weapon which in Michigan requires a strong background check and minimum 8 hours of weapons safety. I can tell you shes for sure had weapons safety, she was traveling with the gun unloaded. In that moment, she felt threatened, she shouldve fled the scene and called the cops before pulling her gun no doubt.

Shell get her gun back too. It has to go through a check in process that takes a few days but chances are the gun wasnt used in a crime
in or around this video so shell get to pick it up early next week.
