I don't know how it works in the US but in the UK and Italy you an be charged with manslaughter if you have the virus and spread it on purpose. Young healthy people who do not smoke have had their lungs wrecked by the virus even if they recover if they have worse than mild symptoms. Young previously healthy people have died from this virus. 5, 13, 19, 23, 30, 36 are just some of the ages at least in the UK of young healthy people dying from this virus and they never had any previous health problems.
