How does it compare to the Gameboy? Not really fair to call it a home console when it's more of a gigantic leap in handheld gaming.

Wikipedia has the Gameboy (all non-Advance versions) at 118 million units, the Gameboy Advance at 81.5 million units, the DS at 154 million and the 3DS at 75 million. So it would go NES > 3DS > GBA > Wii > GB > DS

Nothing, and it still worked fine, I used that PC for 4+ years with the same HDD >_>
I did end up dropping a screw on the case fan and one of the blades snapped off, but other than that, solid PC.
