I believe it was all skill wasn't it? If you watched more an the first episode or 2, I believe they make that apparent. Others relied on their gift too much instead of natural talent to fight...if they had any? That's like the entire basis of the show.

VIII is definitely one of the weaker entries. It had great premise but it really was a complete slog to get through. Only a few of the characters are any good so that doesn't help. I don't know what people honestly see in it. Decent, but weak. 9, 7, 10 are all better. And 10 is barely better than 8.

I haven't seen it. I have a weird bias against certain titles and idk why. Like I have no interest in Naruto, One Piece, and a few other really popular ones despite not really knowing anything about them.

I have a feeling you'd probably really like YuYu Hakusho then even though you seem to not wanna see it because its popular or w/e. Then again over half the ones you've seen and people have mentioned are super popular too.

Free speech has limits. If violence is being orchestrated or encouraged, it should be shut down. That goes for whatever attacks Parler users want to arrange, etc. That said, the "protests" (see: excuse to loot/destroy) that occurred over the summer should've been treated as seriously as this in terms of shutting down access to platforms and the FBI knocking on doors. The peaceful ones obviously are fine, and many of them were. But there were so many that weren't and I am sure law enforcement could've easily figured out which were gonna go bad based on who they monitored going to them.

Many of them were using twitter to incite violence and call for murders on various political figures over the last year. You'd think twitter would've been shut down then but no. Many of the specific tweets are still up apparently. Crazy stuff.
