They wanted to spark more Bruce Lee vs Ali debates.

Ali would have absolutely murdered Bruce Lee.

But still, they sort of portrayed him as kind of a dipshit. I don't know, I've never heard anything like that about him. Seems kind of fucked to portray a real person like that for no real reason.

But whatever

I knew it was revolving around the manson murders going in, but I didn't think it was going full retcon on reality into a Manson family murder fantasy, lol

Also why did they portray Bruce Lee as a giant tool?

All in all, decent movie. Not Tarantino's best work but it was alright.

I mean, I think I kind of agree with you. The fact that people are paying for porn in 2021 kind of baffles me. Which why I don't subscribe to anyone there.

But I could not possibly care less if someone else does or if some girl makes some scratch doing it. Literally has zero effect of my life

People kind of tell on themselves with this kind of shit.

Reminds me of Bill Maher. He regularly goes on rants about how it's okay to be old and single with no kids(and it is). But when you do that you're giving away that atleast some part of you wants those things or is insecure that you don't have them. That's how it comes across atleast. If you're truly comfortable about it you wouldn't feel the need to regularly remind people that you don't want or care about those things

I'm not gonna post it but you can find it if you want. It's not super graphic but it's really disturbing. The gist is a guy get into an arguement with his neighbors about shoveling snow into his yard. Arguement escalates, he shoots both if them in the middle of the street then commits suicide.

I don't necessarily agree with him 100% but calling him a scumbag is a bit heavy handed.

I do think it's kind if important for people to have both positive male and female role models in their life. But I don't think it necessarily has to be one of their parents either. Which I think is what he's sort of gist of what he's getting at.

Then again it seems like Terry Cruz intentionally stirs shit on social media for reactions like this. So mission accomplished?
