Right before the pandemic began. The main cook was off for two days, so for that time I had to take more responsibility. But since it was me and the other cook in the lead, neither of us was fully on top of the situation, so getting enough food to keep the buffet full got difficult. It was pretty damn stressful, so I kinda collapsed to my bed at the end of the second day. Thought I had the 'rona, but it was just the stress hurting my body. Didn't take any more shifts that week, and by the time I had to make myself go shopping, the panic and lockdown had already set in.

I honestly don't remember what food we were making that day, but I probably ate a single full plate.

...right. Last time I went, I was planning to visit a range first, but then the mass shooting happened just before I got there and it kinda ruined the mood. So I stuck to mahjong.

I want a continuation of Yu-Gi-Oh! where they accept the end-of-manga message that "the dead should stay dead, and we should move on". I want to see Yugi grow into his own person as the new King of Games. I want to see Kaiba continue his growth.

The movie was disappointing because everyone was obsessed with the past and Yugi couldn't even win without a Pharaoh ex Machina (nor Kaiba without an Obelisk ex Machina).

Not only that, a lot of the filler that there is gets integrated fairly well with the main plot. And in one case, the filler was merely padding out an arc and included plot shit.

Problems arise when the filler includes canon-contradictory elements (Zoro cutting iron in the end of East Blue filler arc, time travel in the Rainbow Mist filler arc)

Nutritionally, Chocolate milk is pretty much soda plus fat, protein and various micronutrients.

• It's more nutritionally balanced, so in that way it's better
• It has the same excessive sugar content as soda, so it's just as bad in that regard

Wynn the Wind Channeler isn't censored in the slightest, and she's a great boost to WIND decks! With Ulti-Cannahawk becoming unlimited, things are looking better than in years. Now if only they would ban all the overpowered expensive staple cards, and nerf meta decks to compensate. The gap between meta+staples and nonmeta without staples has gotten ridiculous in the past years.

You're assuming a GDP drop will lead to a corresponding stock market fall. But that isn't necessarily the case. The government can simply print more money and increase its debt in order to prop the stock markets up with stimulus payments. They've done that for the past few months of corona, which has kept the stocks high. A massive GDP drop is an obvious result from the pandemic, this is hardly breaking news for stockbrokers.

The workers will pay for it in the long term with higher taxes and reduced social spending.

Right now it's ticks. The cats keep getting them on their heads, then crush them by headbutting things. That leaves them with tick heads stuck on their skin, and they're super annoying to find and remove.

In a week I'll be going to hike in blackfly territory, so my opinion will probably change.

That part is nonsense. The country is named after the "sweetened turnip casserole", a dish where mashed turnips are cooked on low heat for hours, breaking the carbohydrates down to sugars. The dish and the local turnip variety were introduced to England in the 1700s, lending both the country and the vegetable their names.
