Why would anyone prefer the hassle of getting the meat out of flats when the drums are ergonomically superior to grab and dip plus they have more chicken.

For one the meat in between the bones of flats is super delicious, it's top tier wing meat. Second there's always the inedible tough bit on the drum that's annoying to bite into.
