When I do push-ups, I usually peak around 42-45. That may seem like a decent number, but my problem is that I'm VERY inconsistent in how often I do them. So I'd say you doing 15-20 every day is better than me doing 45 two or three times a week.

confidence in my intelligence: 8.8/10. I'm HUGE on logic & reason. It's actually hard to find people who appreciate critical thinking as much as I do.

confidence in my physical appearance: 7/10. I don't think I'm ugly per se, but I'm far from a heartthrob. Currently working to slim down and tone up, so while this answer could change in the future, I kinda suck at consistent fitness. Which segues nicely to...
