Depends on the game. For most shooters, I try to save them for large, mecha-like bosses, or obvious narrow choke points.

For games like CS, they become an essential part of the game. For Borderlands, it'd be insane not to use them, since grades there tend to do absurd stuff, like create mini-black holes or teleport across the map.

And no, the first few sets had some absolutely broken cards that would dominate current Pokemon TCG, like Professor Oak which has infinite uses unlike supporters like Professor Sycamore did in the XY-era (And Professor's Research does in the SwSh meta).
I more meant the Pokemon themselves. It's a given in all TCG's that "support" cards (Trainers, Spells/Traps, relics, etc.) always contain the most broken cards (Pot of Greed, Rageki, etc. for YGO).

Im literally a Nintendo fanboy but come on man. Nintendo is the only... THING without Netflix on it. Or hbo go. Or any other app. Except YouTube (which makes sense) and fuckin.. Hulu? Really? No Disney+, but Hulu? Smh
Which, as I pointed out, would matter more if it wasn't for the fact that you already had 15 devices that can run Netflix, anyways, most of which are probably better to watch on than the Switch screen.

As for Disney+, it actually doesn't exist on a crap load of TV's, either via brand (like Vizio) or if TV's are "outdated" (2-3+ years old).

On the one hand, everyone's TV, the 10 devices connected to it, and your phone has Netflix built-in anyways, so literally who cares.

On the other, it is odd that a device whose selling point is the ability to go mobile lacks Netflix. Then again, as explained, this likely isn't Nintendo's fault.

God, I miss Yu-Gi-Oh! at it's height.

I stopped keeping up with it sometime after the 5Ds era, but it remains one of my favorite franchises.
Same. The 5Ds era is more or less when I tapped out.

Sadly, power creep hits most TCG's eventually. OG Pokemon cards are basically useless now, if for nothing else that most cards have 2-3x of the HP, and thus higher damage scaling. But at least Pokemon has the excuse of being around for longer. YGO's creep just kinda exploded.
