For games like CS, they become an essential part of the game. For Borderlands, it'd be insane not to use them, since grades there tend to do absurd stuff, like create mini-black holes or teleport across the map. --- PotD's resident Film Expert. |

And no, the first few sets had some absolutely broken cards that would dominate current Pokemon TCG, like Professor Oak which has infinite uses unlike supporters like Professor Sycamore did in the XY-era (And Professor's Research does in the SwSh meta).I more meant the Pokemon themselves. It's a given in all TCG's that "support" cards (Trainers, Spells/Traps, relics, etc.) always contain the most broken cards (Pot of Greed, Rageki, etc. for YGO). --- PotD's resident Film Expert. |

Or any other app. Except YouTube (which makes sense) and fuckin.. Hulu? Really? No Disney+, but Hulu? SmhWhich, as I pointed out, would matter more if it wasn't for the fact that you already had 15 devices that can run Netflix, anyways, most of which are probably better to watch on than the Switch screen. As for Disney+, it actually doesn't exist on a crap load of TV's, either via brand (like Vizio) or if TV's are "outdated" (2-3+ years old). --- PotD's resident Film Expert. |

Sadly, power creep hits most TCG's eventually. OG Pokemon cards are basically useless now, if for nothing else that most cards have 2-3x of the HP, and thus higher damage scaling. But at least Pokemon has the excuse of being around for longer. YGO's creep just kinda exploded. --- PotD's resident Film Expert. |
