I always thought femshep was the most popular choice in mass effect because of posts here, and then bioware reveals that 82% of players picked male shepard. kind of the same for odyssey. everyone here says kassandra but like 2/3rds of players picked alexios For the Mass Effect remaster I plan on rolling with a femshep this time around, or at least for my first/insane playthrough assuming the achievements are the same. As others have said Kassandra is cannon as she is referred to several times in conversations that take place in Valhalla. But either one is fine. Could be thats just how he is with every female employee and with every male he calls them "mate" or something like that? I remember having a boss that got upset I would call him "sir". He felt like it was condescending but then he quickly realized I called everyone either sir or ma'am. Recently I was talking about our department of returns as "the girls in Customer Care have been working incredibly hard during this pandemic."
