Things such as 1-2 frame links windows during moves are just beyond stupid. Theres no good reason for them at all outside of all but the most highest lv techniques or combos. Not a character's BrB. Tbh that's usually what they do, I can't think of a single game or character that NEEDS 1FLs to compete, although they do help.
