Christmas Arche is really good in Arena. She makes the luke/kanata/chronos shell so much more versatile. you can either build a little more hits with the full team aoe or go for a finisher chronos style with the 3 hit aoe.

I do feel bad for people who can't play it on console because of all this. CDPR shit the bed by releasing it on consoles at all, they clearly thought the issues were fixable before launch but they were wrong. I guess their backup plan was to hope people didn't kick up too much of a stink about it, but for one of the most hyped games of all time? Just unfortunate that they didn't simply delay the console release, they valued that Xmas money too highly and are paying the price

Misella is definitely a little underpowered for Arena, but she's amazing on a fire team for anything that requires one. I also run her on my hyper defensive sword grid team as well for autoing mania raids. Slow and steady wins the race quite often with those, just not dying will get me top contribution after 20 minutes more often then you'd expect lol. And that team is Kohaku - Dark Zelos - Estelle - Misella. With my two best damage dealers that aren't hyper glass cannon in the back (Kanata and S. Rutee), just to eke out some extra contribution because if one of the frontline does end up dying then typically the house of cards starts to unravel pretty shortly after anyway

So I just finished the 'Dream On' Sidequest, and wow...

That was a really fun ride they put you on, I really hope they don't end this plotline with this sidequest. I've barely progressed the main story at all (the progress bar for Breaking the Ice and Initial Symptoms are both at 10%, for whatever thats worth) so there's lots of time for it. I'm really freaked out though mainly because at the end of that sidequest, if you look across the park there's a Balcony with a guy standing on it watching your conversation. If you double jump over you can barely reach the Balcony, and his name is Mr. Blue Eyes and he's got glowing blue eyes, like a robot of some kind, and you cannot talk to him, but it also doesn't let you shoot him or try to interact in any way. After about 10 seconds over there he just disappeared into thin air. It fits with the theme of the sidequest a lot, so I really hope it was intentional, but man am I wondering where they can go with this lol. So cool

edit: ok I don't think you're actually supposed to be able to double jump over to where he's standing, because if you walk to the end of the balcony he's standing on you see this looking down: https://i.imgur.com/kq2UHGM.png
So definitely an OOB thing. So I guess you're not actually supposed to know you're not supposed to be able to aim a gun at him. Oh man that's crazy

Also I'm a major idiot. So I got my ascension stone at the end and decided I'd max ascend my summer rutee who was currently at 3/5. I had a level 50 stone of hers that I'd been keeping around since I was using it in my sword grid but figured I could replace it to get her max ascended now. So I go to unlock her stone and by sheer muscle memory just convert her stone immediately after without thinking ...

At least I don't have to find a filler stone to get rid of next month now, I guess -_- but it will set me back a month on getting my other characters going

Yeah I was able to clear them all without dying except that last one. I had a full health team going into wave 3 but he knocked me down to only 2 units remaining when I dealt the final blow. That healing reduction status effect is rough :(

I did it with Mieu - M. Kohaku - Kanata - Estelle with summer rutee and chronos in the backup, but they weren't max ascended or anything so you could really throw anyone back there and it wouldn't have mattered

Also all the bosses were immune to Wildfire so Mieu wasn't optimal probably, I just used him to beef up my Kanata on break turns. If I had Milia or Dhaos or something I would've thrown them in instead of Mieu but I don't have a single light unit besides the two I listed so I had to make due
