Like if one plus made a 1200 dollar gaming phone that behaved the same as their traditional phones but had a huge advantage in gaming power I could see the investment. And I've seen why, I've heard stories of people getting beaten by their roommates (Co worker, is blind because of it) their places being ransacked by roomies(old high school friends) roomies just refusing to pay etc. Is a big risk doing this so I get that you can afford rent with a roommate but this is both risky and scary for people. Either rent needs to be substantially lowered across the board or wages need to be raised (especially min wage) or a little of both. But currently basically no where in the country can someone afford rent on minimum wage (30% of their wages). In my shit city studio apartments in terrible areas are 700 and over.
