This Golduck was caught in a Safari Ball yet at the same time knows the move Psychic, a move Golduck could only learn through breeding in Ruby and Sapphire. Since bred Pokemon can only be obtained in regular Poke Balls in those games, it is impossible to have a Golduck with Psychic in a Safari Ball.
