Last time I checked a month or so ago, the Wii Shop Channel was still up, you just couldn't buy new games, it would only let you download ones you've already bought. Turns out the algorithm was crap so they then ignored the algorithm results and allowed students to be awarded marks they were predicted from their teachers.
