Best advice is to drink lots of water, and build in a cheat day every once in a while (not so much to pig out, but sometimes only eating in a narrow window sucks when you want to share a meal with friends/family) Also sounds like you're starting with an 18:6, that's a bit more challenging than the standard 16:8 so don't be afraid to scale down and work your way up. It most definitely gets a lot easier after the first couple weeks. Hahaha **** I did start with a 18:6. Is bad at math But anyway, I didn't feel hungry at all because of the bulletproof coffee and I have a ***load of work. I'm just scared because I had a slice of apple strudel a coworker brought( I didn't break the fasting with it) --- No diggity
