If they were commiting fraud then they should pay it back. Unfortunately the government made a big flub and made some mistakes on their official websites that didn't mention it was net income instead of gross income. In that case the government should back off. as it was their own dumb mistake.

The website did indeed mention gross, not net. The "3 simple questions", however, did not.

This doesn't really sound like you're friends at all. It sounds like you're getting ghosted and taking it horribly. Seeing as all parties involved seemed to struggle socially, I'd say that's where Occam's razor drops. Just so you know, the police won't tell you how she is doing but they will check up on her.

Golden Sun was a solid entry but Golden Sun 2 kind of taints the legacy. I loved the first one but whoever wrote the second one got SUPER high on their own writing. They managed to produce an unbelievably dense and astoundingly average script with tired characters and a played-out plot. I've never finished the second one because of it.

Yeah, I rewatched the first (Still freaking great) but only 10 minutes of the second was on youtube and I can't find it anywhere (other then bad sites/unlawful ones whatever). The 10 mins I saw wasn't very impressive though so I'm not gonna rent it or anything for now.

Makes sense if it sucked that nobody would mention it. I'll still watch it sometime but I bet it'll be on a streaming service at some point (or crackle, it's normally on crackle but not right now).

Anyways, Heavy Metal 2000 isn't great. It did have some promotion when it came out. I remember it going quickly to the movie channels of the day though and being in constant rotation for a short stint. It has a decent soundtrack from what I remember. Pantera has a good original track on it - they were killing it with soundtracks back in the day.

Not surprised Americans havent heard of her. In Canada, 35% of our music on the radio has to be Canadian. Id be surprised if a large portion of what US stations play is Canadian outside of Honeymoon Suite, Nickelback, Drake, Rush or Trooper.

Mercy, how Canadian are you that you think Honeymoon Suite and Trooper have any success outside of Canada. Those are some artists that benefited HEAVILY from CanCon.

He didn't move on and your not unlovable. Putting yourself down doesn't help. You not wanting kids is a perfectly reasonable and healthy choice. He is taking the next steps in his life, much as you should be doing in yours. The new women are to forget you, not to immediately replace you.

The longer you lament and bemoan the loss of your relationship (and his progress afterwards) the worse it will be for you. Negativity begets more negativity. Focus on something positive - yourself after the relationship. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and go for a walk, get some fresh air and physical exercise. It will do you good. Instead of worrying about his next moves, focus on your own.

What are you talking about? Both parties failed the relationship equally when it came to communication. The ex was hoping she would change her mind just as much as she was hoping he would change his. While it is sad that their relationship ended, it takes two. Blaming one party, especially in this example, does nothing beneficial. If anything, you are limiting the potential growth that needs to occur for their next relationships to succeed. This has been a years-long lesson in honesty for all parties involved.

Why would you condemn BLM and Antifa? Do you think they have condoned or support violence? There is no evidence of anything remotely close to this.

On the flip side, Trump has gone on record advocating for and condoning violence. His supporters have also echoed his claim, emboldened by a violent leader. Does this not bother you? You seem more offended that Trump and his "fanbase"/supporters are being condemned than them actually advocating for violence.

When considering stand your ground laws, the biggest factor at play is race. So... is the shooter white or not? That will greatly impact whether or not it is considered self-defense.

No. Stupid and ridiculous is not thinking your point isn't about mail-in voting, not pointing out that it doesn't matter if Trump gives them the funding or not because they're not only understaffed but wouldn't be capable even if things were okay, and then claiming that.

It doesn't matter what Trump or the USPS does. The fact is that C-19's turned mail-in voting into an untenable mess. The USPS struggles to break even in good times. This isn't a secret or something even remotely partisen. Email and the multitude of online media, services like Amazon, and the like took an already struggling organization and beat it up while C-19's throttling it. It will survive as it is an important function but no matter what happens, no matter who wins, it's budget is getting cut because people just aren't sending as much mail, relying on digital services, and there are less people willing to work in mail. That's the plain and simple truth.

Let's not forget, the left's in a tizzy right now because one person saw a red flatbed driving away with a mail truck on it and assumed it was a Trump supporter stealing the mail. Months before the election. By taking off with an entire truck. With no report to the police filed for a stolen truck. While wearing pro-Trump gear. And driving a flat-bed decorated in Trump colors. In broad daylight. Any bit of common sense would say that it's infinitely more likely that this is just a repair/towing of a broken down mail truck and the company just has red as it's color. The point is, however, that this is something happening that is completely independent of funding of the USPS yet the Democrats, people who are championing the security, reliability, etc of mail-in voting think that it can be twarted this easily. Let me spell it out for you. Not even the Dems have faith in mail-in voting. It doesn't matter what Trump does regarding the USPS because they're going to claim he frauded it because they believe that a guy stupid enough to openly advertise he's stealing an entire mail truck (according to the narrative) is enough to twart the entire process.

He WAS warned. He tried to do things like stop the cruise ship that had the cases on it. A LOT of the problems came from the CCP outright lying about what was going on and democrats blocking his attempts to shut down travel because 'racism'. The blame for the virus spread lies firmly at the feet of the CCP and firmly NOT at Trump's feet. I know it feels like it's been a few years, but it's only been a few months.

Cause you provided nothing for me to respond TO! You say he's morally bankrupt but don't give an example of HOW. The guy trying to pull our troops out of the middle east, opposing a government that's utilizing concentration camps to oppress a religious and ethnic minority, standing up against media censorship, and more is the morally bankrupt one? If Trump is morally bankrupt then it would seem someone like Biden, who used his power to get his son a seat on a board of directors and may have used his VP power to attempt to sabotage Trump in a manner identical to Watergate in 2016, is in a moral deficit. Let's not forget, Trump wanted to send out aid checks to people hit by C-19 but it was the left that blocked it because they wanted their own bill that talked about things like racial injustice instead. It wasn't Trump who advocated for repealing civil rights in California and deceived people by labeling it as 'affermative action'. It wasn't the Republicans who ran cities like Seattle, LA, and Chicago for years and proceeded to do nothing about the very racial injustices they claimed to oppose. It wasn't Republicans who accused a Supreme Court Justice of something they knew they could never prove but then turned around and said 'it doesn't matter' when it was their own candidate being accused. It wasn't Trump who said that a black person HAS to vote for them or else they aren't black anymore. It wasn't Trump who only stopped riots threatening the city when they personally threatened him. It wasn't the right that, for four years, could do nothing but obsess over how evil, wrong, and corrupt the president was and run news stories non-stop about it. It wasn't the right that thought bloody MEXICO was part of the U.S. It wasn't the right that condemned gun ownership non-stop only to turn around and buy guns the moment they felt a little bit threatened.

It was Trump who called out China and is working to untangle the U.S. from them. It was Trump who tried to protect the U.S. by trying to shut down travel when C-19 was starting. It was Trump that worked to protect our national borders. It was Trump that inspired at least the right to believe in America again. To believe that we can reclaim our greatness instead of sliding into a mire of complacency. It was Trump who, in these dark times, was giving daily briefings in which he tried to reassure the nation and provided us with a treatment he thought would work. It was Trump calling for the violent rioters to be held accountable to the law.

Now that I type it out I'd like to change my answer. I'm voting for Trump because he makes me believe that America is a great nation. A strong nation. A beacon that shines light across the entire world and into space itself. A nation that has crumbled under complacency, apathy, and corruption, but that can regain it's place and transcend the bonds of Earth into the heavens themselves! Meanwhile all the democrats have offered me is guilt, hatred, mockery, scorn, anger, and outrage. Screeching about how this nation is a terrible blight upon the world tainted with original sin to it's very core and the only 'cure' is constant atonement, self-flagellation, self-denial, and begging for forgiveness at the alter of political correctness and communism. I will never bow my head to such an ideology. Communism is the very definition of failure and we, America, shall succeed!
