The gacha is greatly alleviated by the season pass items for story purposes.

That in itself is pretty shitty though, I'll admit. But it's a game that's most annoying at the start where you're learning all the systems. Once you get an idea of what's going on and get some good Blades, it's combat is pretty fun.

The story is okay imo, but it is absolutely laden with shonen anime tropes. The VA is bad, especially compared to the first game, and the sound mixing is kinda fucked up in some scenes. But I still enjoy it.

I just don't get what the point of this was.

The game began life as a DLC that they expanded into a game.

My understanding was that the point of them doing this was to have something of a quick turnaround. And it's likely going to be 5 years between games

Really on an otherwise 15 mile an hour street.

I walked by it again today. If you know the street, this is by the intersection that goes down a little hill with a stop sign. I assume it was just going too fast to stop.

Best character skill trees, worst content. The map design is really bad, and there are barely enough side quests to keep your level. And those side quests are 90% shit.

Claptastic Voyage is pretty good though. If the entire game was up to that quality, it would be great.
