If you dont have confidence and think your ugly or some other dumb shit like that (not calling you dumb, i just used to be like this and now know its toxic thinking thats not true), do stuff to get yourself some confidence - excercise, new clothes, a haircut, etcIve been struggling with romantic and sexual relationships for a few years now, which certainly hasnt helped. My mental health definitely has too much toxicity, and Im working on all that.
