Virginia is only blue because of NoVA. While I think it's fair to say it's reliably blue at the federal level, at the state level I could totally see a non-crazy (i.e. center leaning) Republican taking the next governorship if they can move the needle in Fairfax and Loudoun counties.

I'm not sure there are any non-crazy Republicans who'll run! I think Amanda Chase is the big name and she's nuts.

Virginia to move forward with legalizing Marijuana. First state in the south. Will probably take a while, and hopefully our next Governor doesn't decide to undo it. But we should be fairly solid blue now. I don't think Justin Fairfax should run.

Republicans don't live in reality. You'll have a few that accept it and start looking on to 2024. Mostly the ones that deep down know there's something wrong with Trump, but won't admit it to themselves because they supported him and they could never be wrong. Them, and the ones who just wanted those SCOTUS Seats. But others will NEVER admit that Biden won fair and square. They'll always insist something's coming any day. Just like Hillary will be arrested one day.

You know it's kinda weird. I voted by mail (well drop box) for the first time this year. (First time I was able to!). I didn't get my ballot in the mail for a long time, then one day I happened to be looking through my car and it was there. I guess the mailman put it there (only way it could've gotten there) but I was lucky to have found it.

Only Trump's base think him being against closing things down was a good idea. Anyone else thought it was dumb, and think this virus should be over by now. And if it had been, that would have been a boon for him. But he bungled the virus response very badly.

A little less confident, but mostly because there are more Trump supporters than I thought. All the conservatives I knew who HATED Trump before the election suddenly fell in love with him.

But I do think Biden will win it. Trump has done nothing to expand his base. He's mishandled COVID19. And he's definitely motivated the Democrats in a way that almost no candidate can do against a moderate candidate who everyone doesn't hate. (Remember: Many Republicans sung the praises of Biden before Trump was elected)

I used to be a Libertarian. But I became uncomfortable with how far they go. Eventually became more liberal, and now I'm closer to the Green Party. Still voting Democrat. (Howie Hawkins isn't even on my ballot. And I'd take Biden over Jorgensen.) I think I mostly chose Libertarian because I didn't know anything about the Green Party and at the time I was too ignorant to research them. Libertarians, for me, have a lot of the same problems as conservatives. They're extremely set in their ideas.

I used to be one of the brainwashed. And I have a neighbor who's voting for Trump because "He hates the gays like a good Christian". (His words, not mine)

Before she died, my mom stopped watching Fox News (except Shepard Smith, but he was reasonable). I think she mostly quit because she had a disagreement with her friends over the 2012 primary. (They thought Donald Trump would make a good President, my mom couldn't stand the man. She was always fairly reasonable for a mostly-Republican voter. She thought Glenn Beck was crazy)

I think that's the biggest flaw with the game. You need to find a group to play with. Otherwise you just get people outright quitting, people who troll, people who just don't pay much attention, etc... and it doesn't make for an engaging experience.

After thinking a bit, I think my problem with this game is my favorite part of social deduction games is motivation. Why did this person act the way they did and does it reveal their identity.

You can sort of do that with people voting, though. Does this person have motivation to put suspicion on this person? Why do they suspect them? (Of course if you play with randoms sometimes you get trolls who just say random stuff and make the dumbest accusations and throw the game on purpose)

Man it sucks when you catch the first imposter, then find another body and you can't convince the one other guy left that it's not you and you pick right on the second imposter.

Played a couple games for the first time today. Very first game I roll Imposter and man did I suck. Almost threw the game as crewmate because I saw Black in the room with the body but then we both got scanned and Black died but the only other person left saw me get scanned. Seems pretty fun.

Physical.

It'd take me a week to download most games with my internet speed. Like if I wanted to download Red Dead Redemption 2 it'd take at least 8 days.
