I mix up the bagels every week. One week it might be Cinnamon Rasin & Everything (all the seeds on it) bagels. The next week I might do Onion & Blueberry bagels. I make 2 bagels each morning. Each bagel gets 3 scrambled eggs (litte salt & pepper added during the scrambling) each and a slice of cheese. Bagel - 2 - 9 protein each. Eggs - 6 - 6 protein each. Cheese - 2 - 3 protein each. |

Season passes are much preferred to that method SF2 and the 37 other versions that followed started that shit. |

They told me 2 years ago the quaglated (sp?) blood in my chest was benign. then a year later they told me that its cancerous because some of the cells in it can mutate into cancer. So TC even if they tell her she's fine and that its benign, MAKE HER GO TO FOLLOW UP / CHECK UPS AFTERWARDS. Cause like my cancer Dr told me, 85% of people that are told they are fine usually don't end up going to the follow up appointment because they are told they're fine they more than likely won't go to the follow up. |
