Swordsfighters are a bit of a issue as that's why quite a lot of people are lukewarm on Pyra and Mythra. Their saving graces are they a new Xenoblade reps, which is a series that was a bit underrepresented in Smash, they are females and they are waifu bait. The main issues some people have.... Fire Emblem is a bit overrepresented, which isn't entirely true, as only Awakening is as it has three reps, considering the Fire Emblem series is over 30 years old. Too many of the Fire Emblem characters are too similar weapon wise, which I agree, there are too many sword users amongst Fire Emblem roster. Too many of the Fire Emblem characters play too similarly, which I also agree, there are a bit too many clones of Marth's style.

Too many anime inspired characters, which I disagree with, considering Smash is a Japanese game developed by a Japanese company for mainly a Japanese demographic first and foremost. If some foreigners don't like it too damn bad, don't play the game and move on because 99% of your western and shitty meme characters are never going to make the cut anyway. You guys are never going to be able to officially culturally appropriate Smash Bros. Tough shit, stick to making shitty fan games and fuck off. None of this last paragraph was directed at you and your beliefs cuttin, I was just making a statement.

This is Smash, not Mugen. At this point all that are left are meme characters like Sora, Dante, and Doomguy and Id rather have someone that looks interesting rather than someone whos obligatory like Min Min.

People keep bitching about the FE echoes even though Sakurai himself said they didnt take away from potential actual new characters, and I know for a fact anyone who says they all play the same either havent actually played any of them (likely) or have only played with Marth and Roy (more likely)

This is all true. I was disappointed in Pyra / Mythra's addition mainly because I wanted Yuri Lowell instead who is many a swordsman. A lot more people obviously want Dante who is a swordsman as well, but also a hybrid, considering all of the other weapons he has used, so he would be fresh enough to be met with absolute approval by the smash fanbase and internet at large. A lot of people are disappointed in Pyra / Mythra's inclusion now because they are swordfighters that were announced right after Sephiroth, who was also a swordfighter. If they had released Pyra / Mythra earlier in the original Fighter's Pass when Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was still fairly recent a lot more people would have been hyped. Also with them taking up 1 of the 3 remaining fighter slots has people worried considering so many popular characters are competing for the last two slots which is bound to leave a lot of people disappointed if there isn't a third Fighter's Pass.

Who are they trying to kid? The agents weren't fooled, they were probably racist, saw a minority and thought they were better than him as he was a "filthy foreigner" coming into their territory and thus wanted to ruin his life and get him locked up by making him out to be a filthy pedo rapist by using the fetish porn in his belongings to try and damn him. God bless that pornstar for coming through for him, even flying out to the case to help the defendant. Absolute saint.

I hate those dreams because I wake up and realize that what occured in those good dreams never came to pass unfortunately and that reality usually isn't as good because of it.

Yeah, I expect Crash over Lloyd Irving today as well considering they probably wouldn't want to reveal two swordsman characters back to back and just revealed Sephiroth. Even if the Tales of Festival is in a few weeks. Dante has good chances, but I don't know if they'll include him in Ultimate due to being yet another Capcom rep and we already have 3 reps as is. If they announce a 3rd Fighters Pass today then I would 100% say he is in.

I guess I would be kind of okay with Rillaboom because a heavy grass type for Smash seems like it could be interesting. Out of Pokemon Sword / Shield I would prefer Zacian / Zamazenta even though we already have their spirits though as we don't have any quadrapedal canine Pokemon. Corvinknight would be a great pick as well, but they would have to find a way to balance out it's flight somehow and keep it from being able to fly around quickly or for too long so it wouldn't be broken. Want: Yuri Lowell from Tales of Vesperia, Expected today: Crash Bandicoot or Lloyd Irving from Tales of Symphonia

It's not that long to be honest. I also wish you could replay parts of the game as story chapters rather than having to start over from nothing to experience the story again. This is the biggest fault of the game IMO.

I saw someone absolutely thrashing this comic apart on Twitter.

There's apparently three more panels to the comic that basically says "don't be judgmental", so either the first four panels are satire or the comic writer is HORRIBLY not self-aware.

Not defending the guy, but a lot of people aren't aware, forget, or just don't give a shit when it comes to them being hypocritical until someone points it out or calls them out on their bullshit, especially on social media, in which the backpedaling will begin if they have a shred of morality whatsoever.

I liked Gravity Rush and Gravity Rush 2 so they have my attention, I just hope they get the horror aesthetics and setting right. Gravity Rush 2 kind of had a bit of horror near the end considering what happened to a certain character but the vibe for that portion of the game wasn't that scary and instead was just gross, jarring and felt out of place. In a predominantly horror themed game here is hoping they stay consistent and get it all right this time. The game better absolutely have some degree of explicit violence and gore as well as that is essential to every good horror game.

Let it go already. I used to LOVE SoA growing up but it's doesn't need a sequel or a revival. Besides I doubt Sega could deliver a quality game based on fan expectation anyway. The regular battle system was a a slightly worse version of Grandia too. Ship battles were cool though.

I used to live in IN almost 10 years ago. Still got family out there I go see every few years. These kinds of things sadly happen all over the world, no matter how much some of us like to think the best cities and neighborhoods are safe. If I recall a mass shooting happened in Indianapolis, IN recently that left 4 people dead, and somewhere else in IN some teen killed his pregnant teen girlfriend because he didn't want her to carry their unborn baby to term. Both happened within a year.

Anyway, if you want to do everything the game has to offer, or even most of it, I advise not ignoring any of your party members when it comes to leveling them up. You usually don't get a Game Over until all six of your main party members fall, so you technically have access to two parties of characters. As for the characters....

Vaan and Ashe are technically the best party members in the game statistically when it comes to physical attacker / jack of all trades and magickal attacker / jack of all trades respectively. Seriously, they can both fill any role well at the very least.

Balthier is primarily good as a physical attacker / support mage and that's pretty much it. He is basically a worse Vaan stat and role flexibility wise.

Basch mainly suited to be a physical attacker, as he is the best for the role with the highest Strength for the large majority of the game and post game, and probably the best tank due to probably having the highest Max HP, but only by a slim margin compared to Vaan. Unfortunately he has the worst Max MP, lowest Magick Power and Vitality(Vitality just determines resistance to status ailments, reduces the amount of time some are active, and also increases the amount of time stat buffs are active as well. It also influences damage with a small few weapons. Thankfully it has nothing to do with Defense and damage resistance / reduction.), although having the lowest MP may make it a bit easier fill up his Mist Charges.(Untested by myself. Just a theory.) So If you do make Basch a secondary support mage make sure he sticks to supportive magick and that he also isn't the primary support magick user either. He's like Balthier but even more physical oriented and a better tank, but with worse potential as a mage as he isn't quite as strong and is less flexible in that aspect.

Penelo has the highest Max MP and pretty good Magick Power thus is probably best suited as a mage, either white or black mage for stronger heals or more damage.

Fran is the tankiest female character by a pretty slim margin considering she'll probably have the highest Max HP among them, but she is also the cast "true" jack of all trades due to excelling at nothing stat wise, save Vitality, which she has the highest amount of any of the main characters. The rest of her stats are either a bit on the higher end, or all middling. So feel free to assign her to do almost anything. I recommend using her as a physical attacker / healing / support mage hybrid.

Anyway, yes IMO, a white mage becomes fairly important to have around this point going forward if you try to tackle hunts ASAP and aren't abusing Trial Mode items, etc.. If the party you listed is who you mainly want to run with definitely consider making Ashe your white mage.

Not into this "Master Sex" thing, but Nessa is best new Pokewaifu for sure. So delicious. IMO better than Misty. Nessa is followed by Bea, Oleana, Sonia, Melony, and female Backpacker. Lots of hot waifus is one of the few great things that came out of Sword and Shield.

I'll believe it when I see it, of course it will be too late to get in then but I doubt it'll come close to it's peak if it does go up substantially again.

Sadly I agree. His family is just looking for a paycheck and they should be ashamed. He had to have known some of the risks, gambled and lost. Sure not as much as he thought he did due to the errors, but if he actually valued avoiding massive potential debt more than his life and opted to end it all. That right there makes it crystal clear that there was something wrong with him, period. Also where was his family for him when he needed them? I dunno, I really don't like Robinhood after all they recently did because of GME skyrocketing, but I can't mostly fault them in this situation. He chose to end it.

Damn. Yet another reminder that goes to show that you can never be too careful. Especially as a cop. I'm actually kind of surprised that law enforcement doesn't have safety protocol when approaching a suspect's property to notify them that they have a search warrant. If they did the two victims would be alive today.
