Haven't gained 10lbs in 20 years. Weighed myself in the late 90s and was 135. I'm now 138. And I doubt having a bowl of spaghetti is going to make me gain 50lbs. I just hate the wind chill. Seems like no matter how much you wear the cold wind will cut through it.
