Weird story but...

I started listening to talk radio occasionally about 4 years ago. Pretty tame conservative hosts most of the time if I remember right but I think they had rush on sometimes?

One day I decided to make it my main radio station when driving. About 20 minutes later I got rear ended and never listened to it again. Kind of makes me wonder if I would have been brainwashed by all the craziness if I continued.

Too much. An embarrassingly large amount. I shouldn't have gone to college at all probably and went on to get a masters that I'm not using in Social work. I work for a non profit so I'm supposed to get loan forgiveness in about 4 more years of on time payments.

If it was a one time reset I could power through it. But the short term thing kills it for me. Me and my wife haven't gone more than. 24 hours without talking since we started dating like 9 years ago, so I don't think she would be affected. But dealing with reminding everyone at work what my name is after every weekend would be a pain.

Without the memory thing I would probably try to counteract it by goofily announcing myself the first time I enter a room with someone who hadn't relearned my name yet.

Actually I think shutting down antisemitic rhetoric, either in the form of out right hate speech, holocaust denials, or minimizing their historic suffering, does in fact make Jewish lives better and hopefully helps to diminish the perpetuating rhetoric that continues in our culture.

Trump wont get re elected, that ship has sailed, in 2024 it will be Biden or Harris.

If Trump is the nominee in 2024 he will almost certainly win. He will still pull numbers like what happened in November, and dems will not have the snowball of conditions that led to a relatively small EC win. Trump rightly received a lot of blame for covid and covid response, getting him out of office was a big driving force for a lot of voters (I don't think keeping him out of office is likely to be as sucessful), and his primary way of spreading venom (Twitter) was so open and transparent that it scared people to action. Without these factors dems could easily be down to pre-obama turnout numbers.

I hope I'm wrong (or that he can't run, or doesn't get the nom), but his ability to pull the vilest of supporters in mass is as impressive as it is disgusting.

I just bought one for commander like 2 months ago. Wish I'd waited a bit longer. It's pretty balanced for commander imo so no risk of a ban there ever. Might consider getting the SL version for another deck.

I was sent to my room but I was a good child and would little sit there and think about how I was in trouble (usually for talking back) which I eventually learned usually just meant that my moms meds were making her unstable so she was just mad about nothing and took it out on me. I remember for my 9th birthday I sat in my room for 3 hours because I was sent to my room like this and when I asked if I could come out she was just like "oh yeah I forgot you were in your room".

How are we defining the numbers here? Like what's a 5 strength compared to a 10?

IIRC 5 is baseline average.

So for strength for example, 1 is basically a person with no muscle mass at all, a 5 is someone who is active and does light regular exercise, a 9 could be a professional athlete, and a 10 would be peek or beyond peek human strength.
