If irregularities have been found, it is up for the courts to appreciate them. But Trump's going to fish for anything he can find that might keep his hopes up, regardless of validity. In how it actually works, if the difference between candiates tightens within a certain percentage, there is a recount. The only state that qualifies for revote per state law is GA. On Jan 20, 2021, he will no longer be president regardless of his consent and he will be escorted off the premises as an intruder if he keeps it up at that point in time. We are gonna get a recount in GA at minimum, other states will certify their results & elect their electors & comfirm Biden. The idea that the media calling an election so that candidate must concede is ludicrous and, more importantly, it led to Gore conceding in 2000 *THEN* retracting his concession for a recount.
