Some would argue Betty White I suppose, but I feel like Betty is more of a modern meme than a legend of entertainment.

Betty is absolutely a legend and an Icon, and I am ashamed I didn't think of her, she is THE ultimate meme! Her career over the decades speaks for itself.
I'll agree with Bob Newhart, too. I don't think anyone can touch Betty White, though. Put any group of celebrities in a room, and she is gonna be the coolest person there

I have a few times. In construction, sometimes you roll up your cords and go to the house.

One time there was this old Iron Worker who was running the job. I was just painting the pipes for safety that day, and asked him how I was supposed to reach this one section that was way out of reach.

He cussed me out, so I threw a paint brush at him.......then I hauled ass, because that old man would have killed me! I'm 6'4 and 250 pounds, but that old man had arms that would make a gorilla jealous.

...not by choice, mind you. I work very near to the Texas/Oklahoma border. It was insane....it was like a parade with a couple thousand vehicles. 18 wheelers, trucks, 2 airplanes that were dragging Trump signs behind them.
They drove up and down highway 271 for two hours. People were hanging out of their windows going 50+ mph, while waving and honking their horns.

Was this happening anywhere else, today?
